Important details regarding the "apple-green" shade:


This denomination is unofficial, it comes from the world of the militaria collection.
The real apple-green shade is not RAL6003 as many people think. The first apple-green helmets were German 1916 models. The RAL color chart was created in 1927 ...
If you compare M16 or M35 so-called "apple-green" helmets to RAL6003 you will see that it is not the same color.
The apple green that I offer on my site is the exact reproduction of the color of an M16 helmet very well preserved. I compared with several M35, the color is identical.


Real apple green is not RAL6003.
